Making A Purchase
If there is not a retailer near you, or if you prefer to purchase direct, buying from us could not be simpler. Just browse our catalogue and click on the "Add to Cart" button below the album of your choice. You will be taken through a secure system of ordering where you will be asked to confirm your order and continue shopping or simply check out with your chosen product at that point. There are retailers of Spirit product across the UK. To find the store nearest to you e-mail us with your full address including post code and we will link you up with your nearest shop. Approved Spirit Distribution trade customers may order online by clicking the "Invoice with Order" button when submitting any order. The appropriate trade discounts will be calculated when your invoice is processed and despatched with your order. We accept most credit/debit cards including Delta, Mastercard, Solo, Switch and Visa. If you are ordering from outside the UK, simply place your order in the normal way and your credit card company will convert the transaction into your local currency. PAYPAL is also available as a payment option. All private sales on the Spirit Distribution web site are post free anywhere in the world (this excludes trade customers). We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship (normally within 24-48 hrs of receipt of order.) Backordered items are not charged until they are ready to ship. Orders may also be paid for in the UK by cheque or postal order. Please DO NOT send cash. |

Shipping And Handling
We plan to ship your order within 24-48 hours of the receipt of your order if paying with credit card but please allow five days for clearance if paying by cheque. Orders are usually despatched by first class post or courier within the UK. Overseas orders are sent airmail and international delivery times may vary between 7-14 days. We make no charge for shipping/handling private sales (this does not apply to trade customers) anywhere in the world. |
| Back Orders If Spirit Distribution are out of stock of any item, you will be advised immediately by email, once your order is processed. You will then be given the option of back ordering, changing the item or cancelling. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . |

Returns Policy
Spirit Distribution take every care to ensure that the product you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you wish to return it because it is faulty or damaged, please ensure that the product is returned, carefully packaged, to : Returns, Spirit Distribution, 2 Westhill Barns, Evershot Dorchester DT2 0LD Spirit Distribution will refund postage within the UK and either replace the product of the same title or refund you if the product is no longer available. All returns MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Spirit Distribution will not under any circumstances accept returned CD/DVDs that have been unwrapped and played, unless genuinely faulty. PLEASE NOTE that we check and test every returned item and will refund or replace only if there is a genuine manufacturing fault or the item has been incorrectly sent by Spirit Distribution |
