Shipping And Handling

We plan to ship your order within 24-48 hours upon receipt.

Orders are usually despatched by first class post or courier within the UK. Overseas orders are sent airmail and international delivery times may vary between 7-14 days.

We make no charge for shipping/handling in the UK and Europe.

Overseas Orders are charged at a standard fee of £4.99

Back Orders

If Spirit Distribution are out of stock of any item, you will be advised immediately by email, once your order is processed. You will then be given the option of back ordering, changing the item or cancelling.

Guarantee

All Spirit Distribution product is guaranteed perfect when it leaves us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you are aware of a manufacturing fault please advise us immediately.

Returns Policy

Spirit Distribution take every care to ensure that the product you order reaches you in perfect condition. If you wish to return it because it is faulty or damaged, please ensure that the product is returned, carefully packaged, to :

Spirit Distribution will refund postage within the UK and either replace the product of the same title or refund you if the product is no longer available.

All returns MUST be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Spirit Distribution will not under any circumstances accept returned CD/DVDs that have been unwrapped and played, unless genuinely faulty. PLEASE NOTE that we check and test every returned item and will refund or replace only if there is a genuine manufacturing fault or the item has been incorrectly sent by Spirit Distribution
